Cancellation Policy
Peak Season ( August 1-31 inclusive December 20 – January 8 ) : 60  days prior to arrival , 50% of room charge and 30 days prior full charge.
Any Cancelation must be in written by mail or fax with subject to approval of OZIA Spa Villas Bali
Cancellations received 31 days or more prior to guest’s arrival date - no charge.
Cancellations received 5-30 days prior to guest’s arrival date - 30% of booking revenue
Cancellations received 0-5 days prior to guest’s arrival date - 100% of booking revenue.
Late arrivals, no shows and early departures will be fully charged.
Cancellation, including applicable taxes will be charged to the credit card provided as guarantee. Therefore, in the unfortunate event that you need to cancel your reservation, kindly ensure that you take note of the cancellation period provided above.
