Each has its own open, thatch-roofed living and dining pavilion with fully equipped kitchen. Every Bali Private Villa features a private swimming pool. Air conditioned bedroom suites are equipped with beautiful teak queen-size four poster beds. Each suite opens to a private garden courtyard bathroom with showers amongst the ferns and bathtubs under the stars. Two Gardener is tending the garden and the grounds of the villas, and cleaning and maintaining the swimming pools. Cooks to prepare your meals are available with a menu provided and so does the driver with the car. Spa and massage service can be done by request and also laundry service with extra charge. Meals, laundry, local transportation, telephone bill and other optional extras are at guests’ account.

* 35 minutes by car from  Ngurah Rai International Airport.
* a minutes to the Beach
* 20 minutes by car to Seminyak, Kuta and Legian area
* 40 minutes by car to Nusa Dua area
* Check in time: 14:00 hours and check out time: 12:00 hrs, should guests require late     check out will be available upon availability.
* Extra bed is available at an additional US$40 nett per night, inclusive of Continental breakfast. Accommodation is free of charge for children under 12 years old, if using existing bedding.
* Airport transfers may be arranged at an additional US$25.00 per car per way, if required.

* Check-Out until 18:00 PM will be charged 50% of nightly rate, after 18:00 PM will be charged at full nightly rate.
