Staff is there to look after this exclusive Bali Accomodation, clean the pool, attend to the lush tropical gardens and clean the guest’s rooms daily, as well as attending to any requests you may have. Staff quarters are located on our Bali Private Villa out of view but staff will be on site 24 hrs a day. Staff can arrange for local Indonesian food meals at your Bali Private Villa. And a large assortment of restaurant takeaway meals is also available. For your transport needs a dependable car and driver can be arranged by modern Seminyak Villa Bali.

Accommodation Rates above is net per villa (not per person) and inclusive of:
The rent of the Villa includes the salary of the staff, electricity, water, gas, and gardener, local taxes etc. The property is fully equipped with bed linens towels, cooking utensils etc. Drinking water is provided.  The villa has domestic household staff for cleaning and permanent staff at the premises for security and service. When renting the villa there are no hidden costs, surcharges, staff salaries service fees or management fees.  Gratuities for household staff shall be left to the guest’s discretion.

Car & Driver for use up to 8 hours a day, petrol consumption is on guest' account

Serviced daily including housekeeping, meals preparation at your own villa by our in-house cook or by order - in house menu or menu order selection is available at the villa.

Meals, laundry, local transportation, telephone bill and other optional extras are at guests’ account.
