Location
The Kalia Villa complex is the lavish Bali Private Villa which is located within the Bali rice terraces of Banjar Sala. This Bali accomodation is just approximately 4km (2.5 miles) from the centre of Ubud. It takes about 8 minutes driving to reach this Bali accomodation from Ubud. And just over an hour to reach this Bali Private Villa from the Bali’s international airport. If you have a preference, you could wander into Ubud in about 40 minutes or ride a bike, though there are a few steep but short hills, in about 12 to 15 minutes.

Guest Activities
While staying at Villa Kalia, remember to relax once in a while. Enjoy that morning cup of coffee in your balcony as the sun rises from the back of Mount Agung. Read a novel in your poolside gazebo, or explore the daily life in some of Bali villages nearby this Bali accomodation. The area which is rich in Balinese culture will spoil the visitor so much. Visit the neighboring Bali art and craft communities, ancient Bali temples and palaces as you stay at this Bali Private Villa. Bedrooms
Our Bali accomodation consists of two independent villas. Villa I of this Bali Private Villa includes 3 bedrooms and 3.5 baths. An additional day-bed is located in the upstairs reading area, and a half-bathroom is located next to the downstairs living room. There is a full kitchen, an outside dining area for 4 guests, a traditional inside dining area for 6 to 8 guests, and a private pool you can enjoy while staying at this Bali Private Villa. Villa II has 6 bedrooms with attached bath, 2 half bathrooms, 2 kitchens, dining for 12 to 16 guests, and a private pool. All bedrooms in our Bali acomodation can be arranged both as twin and king. Villa I is also called "Villa Kalia", is set amongst the rice fields. One building consists of 3 bedrooms, 3 1/2 baths and living rooms. Kitchen and dining room with service for 8 are also available. One patio boasts a table for 4 for outdoor meals and 2 balconies which complete the villa. Private 4m x 8m pool plus children's pool area with covered Poolside Gazebo (Bale Bale) are provided. Villa II is also set amongst rice fields called "Villa Maia". This villa has two buildings with 6 en-suite bedrooms and 2 half bathrooms. Each building has 3 bedrooms and 3.5 baths. Two kitchens and 2 dining rooms with service for 16 complete this villa. Private 5m x 10m shared pool plus children's pool area and covered Poolside Gazebo (Bale Bale) will give more comfort.

Facilities
Towels and chaise lounge chairs are prepared for you by the pool at this Bali Private Villa. There are also ceiling fans in every bedroom, living area and balcony of this Bali accomodation. Carved, open vents are available above each window that allow for a natural flow of air throughout the villa, yet the window and door screens keep out the insects that are common in other outdoor living of our Bali Private Villa. During the day and night you will be comfortable to spend your time at this Bali accomodation. Free broadband wireless, iPod-ready stereo system, and satellite TV with international channels like BBC, ESPN, CNN, Discovery, and Cartoon Network are also available. Poolside lounge and flotation toys are also provided. On-site massage service at this Bali accomodation is available upon request (+/- $10 for 1 hour). Private pool covered Poolside Gazebo (Bale Bale) is set in every villa.

Services

In addition, the 24-hours staff will always be ready to assist you with the First Class Staff Service. Two TV rooms are also available for the guests of this Bali accomodation. Daily Maid service will always spoil every guest while staying at this Bali Private Villa. The villa can also arrange free shuttle service from our Bali accomodation to central Ubud if you need it. Private chauffeur in Bali can be arranged too on your request with extra charge.

If you wish to savor the daily American Breakfast, the villa will provide it in the patio restaurant of this Bali accomodation.
