* Check in time: 14:00 hours and check out time: 12:00 hrs, should guests require late     check out will be available upon availability.
* The villa strictly observe the villa occupant. Please ensure to reserve proper villa type to accommodate the guests. The extra bed is not recommended in villa for guests convenience
* For 3rd person of child below 12 years old, share with parent using existing bed at additional charge, USD 30 net / child / night included breakfast.
